Yes! We maintain a safe environment for donor data with Level 1 PCI compliance and SSL Security. We never store credit card or debit card information.

Q: Why is there a fee associated with donations?

All donations to Starlight fund our programs at hospitals across the country. Online credit card processors deduct a small fee from each donation, which we do not collect and cannot use. We encourage donors to cover this small feel so that the full amount of their donation can be invested in Starlight programs.

Q: Are donations refundable?

Starlight does not offer refunds. We cherish every donation and work hard to ensure every gift is put to work delivering happiness to hospitalized kids. If you or one of your supporters have made an error with a donation or circumstances have suddenly changed, please contact us at donations@starlight.org to discuss options.

Hospitals often begin their Halloween celebrations weeks before October 31, which means we need to get Halloween PAKs and Halloween adaptive costumes on the road now, before the spooky festivities begin.
